What counts as a “reader”? +
Anyone with a seat who asks questions or reads an Edition. There is no separate, more expensive “author” tier. Binding and versioning Editions is included for every reader.
Is there a setup or ingestion fee? +
No. Compiling your documents into Editions is part of the flat rate, whether that is nine agreements or nine thousand pages of research.
How does the free pilot work? +
For six weeks you bind one real body of documents and put your own questions to it, with the full product. If your team doesn't trust the answers, you walk away owing nothing. No card is required to begin.
What happens to our documents? +
They stay yours. Editions are isolated per tenant, encrypted, pinned to a region you choose, and never used to train any model. See Security.
Can we self-host or use a private region? +
Yes. Single-tenant and private-region deployments are available for regulated teams; pricing remains per reader. Raise it during your pilot.
How is it billed? +
Monthly or annually, in EUR, GBP or USD, by the number of active reader seats. Add or remove seats whenever you like.
